The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood and had the great advantage of hosting the excellent NusrEt and Cipriani restaurants right inside, so you can avoid the dreadful Istanbul traffic. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the spa facilities were good quality. The staff was very nice on every interaction. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient for those looking to explore the city, as it is within walking distance to the city center. However, what truly stood out was the opportunity to immerse oneself in local culture right within the hotel. One could engage in traditional cooking classes, learning traditional methods and techniques. Moreover, the breakfast and food options catered to every taste, ensuring a delightful dining experience for all.

The attitude of the staff and the front desk was exceptional. They went to extreme lengths to make sure every little detail of my stay is perfected. The room was classy, with expensive finishes, quiet and comfortable. Vast selection of lighting, suited for all parts of the day. Very high bar for the front desk staff - everyone not only spoke near perfect English, but also had great problem solving skills, and a genuine interest in helping in any way they could. Even minor mishaps (such as absence of hot water for a few hours) were followed by a personalised apology in the form of a gift and a hand written note. Having stayed at some of the world's best hotels, can confidently say that the staff here are at least on par. Gym was also excellent, extremely well equipped.

Gorgeous building with a perfect location, lovely staff, and exceptional quality of service. We were warmly welcomed by General Manager, Mr. Erhan Yurtsever, and offered a room with a Bosporus bridge view, and presented with delicious Turkish delights & Baclava on the occasion of Eid and a delicious cake and greeting card for our anniversary. Leyla Kiper was very helpful at the check-in.

Excellent rooms, very quiet and comfortable. Very good bathroom with added bonus of a steam room in the shower. Very good spa. Breakfast fantastic. Cipriani and Nusr'et are great restaurants to have in the hotel complex. Location is in an upmarket and much less touristic neighbourhood in Istanbul which feels safe to walk about in. Extremely comfortable stay. Thank you

Location was in the area of Nisantasi which you want to be at. The best and safest neighborhood. The hotel itself is beautiful, well designed with a pool and multiple restaurants. The rooms are beautiful , well designed and quiet from the outside nose with dual glass windows. The staff are what make it so much better. Everyone from concierge made all our reservations and arranged taxis for us. We felt at home. The quality of service and the staff is unmatched. They made it more special. Can’t wait to go back!
