We were warmly welcomed by General Manager, Mr. Erhan Yurtsever, and offered a room with a Bosporus bridge view, and presented with delicious Turkish delights & Baclava on the occasion of Eid and a delicious cake and greeting card for our anniversary. Location was in the area of Nisantasi which you want to be at. The best and safest neighborhood. The hotel itself is beautiful, well designed with a pool and multiple restaurants. The rooms are beautiful , well designed and quiet from the outside nose with dual glass windows. The staff are what make it so much better. Everyone from concierge made all our reservations and arranged taxis for us. We felt at home. The quality of service and the staff is unmatched. They made it more special. Can’t wait to go back!
